Kelvin L. Green II is a lifelong advocate, campaign organizer, and business owner with a passion for helping mission-driven organizations excel in their organizing endeavors. As a National Organizing Manager and Senior Organizing Specialist at Kairos Fellowship, Kelvin trained over 250 organizers from over 100 community power building organizations across 20 U.S. states (primarily the South and Midwest) and Colombia. Kelvin’s prior work includes, serving as a MA Regional Organizer at Warren for President (2020), Deputy Campaign Manager at Carvalho for Boston City Council District 4 (2021), and Campaign Manager at Omar Mohuddin for Mayor of Woburn (2023). Kelvin specializes in developing integrated organizing strategies that combine on-the-ground and online interventions for candidate and issue-based campaigns.
Kelvin received his Bachelors of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his English Diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy, and his Chinese Diploma from Haiwai Xuenian Zhongguo (School Year Abroad China).
